Buyer selected collection in person in error - how do I add postage costs?

Hi, I've sold an item and the buyer selected "collection in person" and paid for just the item. They actually want it posted but I can't see a way to send a new invoice.

I've refunded them the cost of the item hoping I could start again but still not found a way to do this

If you've refunded them then the transaction is now over with eBay, so best way forward here is to list the item again in fixed price Buy It Now format with a postage price and let your buyer know so that they can re-purchase it.
