Buyer say's they never received item. The item was sent tracked and has been updated as delivered with date time and photo. Buyer has now opened a case and my funds are now on hold. Every thing seems to help the buyer not the seller, are the tracking enough?
You should be OK as long as the tracking has been entered into ebay's system. That happens automatically if you use ebay postage but you have to do it manually if you buy your own.
As soon as a case is opened funds are put on hold, but so long as tracking was entered when marking as dispatched, so thst ebay can see "delivered" then money should be released and no refund made.
