Bad feedback left in positive section

Bad feedback back has been left in the positive section.

I contacted the buyer and he said he made a big mistake and it was meant for someone else.

He said he is very sorry and he not sure how to cancel it ? 

He want to leave the good positive feedback if you can change it.

So what do I do ?

Do you mean you left a negative comment on a positive dot?

You can not change positive feedback

If it was feedback left for  the buyer then the buyer can request ebay remove it

They would get a black mark on your account

Sellers can not leave negative comments for buyers.

If a buyer does not pay then the seller open a Buyer did not pay dispute after a full 4 days to gettheir fees back

The buyer gets a non payment strike on their account

Neither can then leave feedback

The buyer has left feedback that was meant for another seller, and has left it under a green dot.

Search "Feedback revision request" on ebay help at the top of the page and send them a feedback rvision request form.

In the past month the o/p has left a "Did not pay" on a green spot.

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback @fantasticplastic303 so that is a breach of eBay's rules.  You should use a non-payer case which will stop them buying
