My parcel was left on the door stop without my knowledge. It should have been delivered on the 8th 9th 10th and 11th yet no parcel. I was not told it would be then delivered on the Saturday 13th when I was not going to be able to be in. I asked for a refund and the policy is that if u dont recieve it its your fault. ebay seems to condone this sort of delivery. Parcels should not be left without customers knowledge as anyone can take it. This is not the first time this has happened. Hermes has done this in the past, so has Dpd

I'm afraid a seller only has to provide tracking details to ebay showing an item as delivered to be covered.

So not point opening a not received case as you would loose,as a seller can not be held responsible for missing and stolen goods thereafter.
