Accidently bought a wrong postage for a parcel

Hello

I accendly purchased a postage label for an item i sold on ebay today, and i stuck it on the parcel and sent my son to the post office and the post master noticed that the postage was for a small letter and not a small parcel, the value of the postage is £2.70p.

How do i get a refund for this so that i can post this parcel to my customer as soon as possile.

In My eBay > Selling, or on the Seller Hub > Orders Overview, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.   Go to Actions next to the label and select Void Label.
