so number one son flew the nest last year.....a month or so ago my second decided to go out on his own....I didnt hold out much hope of him getting a housing executive place.....but within two weeks he got an offer.
when he told me the address........not only was it just out of eye-shot of my house.....by literally a few metres..but it was also the place that my uncle had lived in shortly before he died in hospital.
knowing that my uncles family and children had done it up for him to a lovely condition........ I told him to say yes right away ........he has now just moved in.
havent been able to see it yet (due to my sciata) , but we have furnished it for him due to my skills on gumtree etc, luckily my cousin supplied the cooker, fridge, washing machine for a gift as he fixes them.
now only three to go............ 😉
