Wednesdays wonderfully warm Tea

Well today has been beautiful, not as the weatherman said, so I have been washing like the devil, all out on the line now, so fingers crossed we don't have a shower.

Tonight we are having sausages, mash, peas and carrots with onion gravy.

OH is working down south all this week so it is late when he gets home, so I needed something that would ping easily.

We've just had breaded cod and mushy peas.

It's been lovely here today as well.  They have forecast heavy rain for us for tomorrow.  They normally say that when I'm going out for lunch and I normally get drenched.  At the moment, no change for tomorrow then is there?

Salmon with jersey royal spuds and asparagus, perhaps some hollandaise sauce.

I am going out to lunch with a friend tomorrow too. Bound to rain! Ham salad tonight.

And I'm having salmon, jersey royals, sprouts and cauliflower.  I wonder if it was because Mr T had an offer on a side of salmon this week???    He'll be having tuna salad, then we'll both have trifle.

We'll be having salmon salad on Friday.  We buy our salmon frozen from A*di and it's beautiful.
