Decided although it's been nice today it's getting chilly so had minced beef stew, with new pots , 'twas luverly!.

We went out for lunch today and we had fish, chips and mushy peas and it was delicious.  For tea we had cheese toasties.

Pork medallions, roasties, carrots, spring greens, rosemary & red onion stuffing balls then meringue, raspberries, banana & greek yoghurt

OH had gammon done in the slow cooker (a piece for £4 from Mr T's...bargain!) mash and peas. I had spinich and ricotta canneloni with a bit of gammon in it.

 

I made lentil soup with the stock and we had that for tea
