I had a jacket and chilli for lunch as I went out so will just have toast for tea.
Making other half chilli jacket as he didnt have any lunch poor love.
Low fat rice pudding for afters.

Too cream crackered to cook so I had a salad sandwich & tom soup ,

mmmmmmmm, I just love liver bacon and onions.

OH had a quorn steak pie, slimming world chips and stir fried veg, and I had a small tin of heinz spaghetti bolognase and slimming world chips and stir fried veg. was really nice.
