Stir Fry for tea. I did go out for lunch & had a gorgeous crab sandwich up by the lighthouse.

We've just had sausage, baked beans and poached egg. We'll have some fruit later.

Went out for lunch to a carvery (not been back long) I think I'll just have some toast. I'll give him some lentil soup.

Well having been through a few alternatives we are having(probably) chicken fillets spiced up in gravy in oven accompanied by oven chips('cos I didn't fancy mash n peeps kept buying so roasties was out) and veg. Ready 30 minutes after himself appears over the threshold or when son's blood sugar is arredemiably low - whichever is soonest.

Me too, I put mine on low when I go to work and everything is cooked by teatime, just a few veggies and bobs your uncle, it also keeps the kitchen warm.
