Evening all, yet another beautiful day again 4 in a row, we are getting spoilt.

This evening OH and son will be having omelette and chips and as I went out to lunch and had curry I will not be having anything feel stuffed.

We had bangers and mash with baked beans.

Had lunch out , so having peanut butter sandwich later on.
Sorry lunch was Sea bass!

Cold & grey here today. Chicken Kiev with new potatoes & veg.

Ah, glad somebody is sharing the grey gloom!  Shepherds pie and veg here.

an absolutely stunning sunny spring day today.

we had saus, egg, peas and carrots and crispy slices.

Wall-to-wall sunshine after a frosty start, and for dinner I prepared hoi-sin chicken, stir-fry vegetables and rice noodles

I hasten to add I didn't pay for it Ed, perks of the job as a visiting speaker. lol.

We had pan fried cod loin (half price at Tosco, bought tons of it!!) nakeds and veggies.  (Now I'm eating some of the leg of lamb I just cooked.  That was half price too)  Oink Oink!

Tonight it was jalfrezi for me and pizza for teenager.

We had turkey stirfry tonight with rice.

I had Broccoli and Tomato Quiche with a Mixed salad..Fruit for afters.
