Wont be having tea tonight as I have been out for a lovely birthday lunch with my friends today.

Will probably do the boys and pizza and chips as that is their favourite and I will not be cooking anything else, even though I have had to do the dishes when I got home. and bring in the washing because it was dripping on the line and nobody seemed to notice the thunder storm we had.

Never mind, had a lovely day anyway, and a lovely lunch.

OH had his favourite, saus mash and beans. and even though it sounds so unfair....I had a rib eye steak!! on it's own.

We had chicken, Jersey royals, spring greens, cauli, carrots, Yorkies and gravy. Then he had yoghurt and I had strawberries and cream.

I'm guessing chuck chest is chicken, er, "assets" or "charms" as they'd say in the tabloids.

I had a rissole, a steak mince thingy with peppercorns adhering, broccoli, cauli and red pepper - all half price at one time or another. The frugal kitchen rules!

I've seen her put chuck before and always thought it was chuck steak. Chuck chest threw me!!
