Sundays sooooooo tired teatime thread,

Been outside all day, OH and I have been putting up a new fence and gate at the side of the house,  in full sun, it was really hot.

Worn out now, and probably a little pink, never mind it's another job ticked off the list.

Cold chicken, new potatoes and salad for tea, quick and easy.

Home made steak & kidney pie, salady bits and new pots

We had turkey salad again.

Chicken breast roasted in foil with red onions & mushrooms, roast spuds, carrots, creamed philly leeks & a yorkie with gravy followed by blueberry mousse topped with creme fraiche

Pork chop with new potatoes, broccoli, carrots, cauli & courgette.

had sunday lunch on  saturday as we were  out til 2

Chuck chest & salad & yes you heard it here homemade rhubarb crumble.& I've got the tummy ache to prove it lol.

Oooooooohhhhhh Crumble - I loves the stuff.  It has to be with custard though.

been in the garden all day to, so we had a bacon buttie.

then I had rhubarb and cold custard on it, it was lovely. OH had his usual, biscuits!!!!

We were invited to a party by our neighbours for their son's First communion.  They are Indian.  Boy was the food hot, hot, hot but at the same time you could taste what you were eating(even though I wasn't sure what some of it was).  They produced a sweet afterwards though which totally cooled everything down.  No idea what we ate but it was very nice.  Sproglet loved the music before passing out into the land of nod.
