I had a rainbow trout, it was so big I couldn't get anything else on the plate, I had to curl it round!!

He had fried eggs on toast (his choice) and then we both had trifle.  Guess who had a T*sc* delivery today!

Cauliflower cheese.  Got some game stewing in red wine in the slowie, but that's for a pie filling.

We had ham salad for tea tonight.

deep fried squid in batter with salad, had never cooked squid before - they were whole ones not rings - but they turned out really well, also did lemon mayo to dip them in.

Some chopped up cold ham hock with a salad that started life as coleslaw and had grated cheese, raw courgette, raw mushrooms, tinned sweetcorn, cooked frozen peas and a diced cold cooked new spud. Added a tablespoon of thick natural yoghurt to bind it all together.
