Homemade pizza, dough and all, followed by Iced carrot cake.  Sons birthday today so his favourite tea.

I had Chinese spare ribs, new potatoes, broccoli and sprouts.  He had pizza and spaghetti.

Mixed grill with homemade low fat burger, low fat sausages, bacon medallions, mushrooms, peas, tomatoes & a handfull of Slimming World chips followed by fresh pineapple chunks topped with fatfree custard yoghurt

Beef stir fry for most of us but Kaysha wants prawns instead in hers.

It was a stressy tea as i have been busy. I had Fish Cakes a few chips and Mixed frozen vegetables.
