Mondays mighty meaty morsels

OH is running around this afternoon and evening, getting keys for BIL new house, gone to the bank, taking dog for injection and popping to tescos to pick up an order,

So I am just going to do burgers in a bun, so he can have them as he flies in and out.  I say burgers, handmade, with lettuce, tomato cucmber, gherkins, cheese and fried onions. I can just about manage one and OH will have 2.  Probably the usual Ice cream for afters.

Neighbour brought some just caught mackerel in for us, they were gorgeous. People are saying that there are not many mackerel out there this year so we had better make the most of the few we get, never mind the squid season starts soon.

Squid is lovely so long as it is cooked properly otherwise it is like eating elastic bands.
