so been out of action since Tuesday...we have had a bug going around the dept.
I am now feeling a bit better, but daren't eat much!!! the only good thing that came out of it was my trousers are now a bit bigger!!!!!
OH was a darling bless him, got in the shopping and cooked his own meals for two days. He's such a good lad.....
Glad you're feeling better now Capt. I've had a cold for a couple of weeks, only a bit of a cough left now. I think I'd rather have the cold though!! 🙂

I think the slurry pit is full for now Merc, your mopping up did the trick I think, still got the gripes but feel a bit better, mind you I've no energy....anyone got a bucket of that they could spare?
Horrible isn't it, I will keep my distance because I don't want it again. 
we were beginning to think that it was something to do with our dept, as it seems it's just us at the moment who are poorly, but it must be all over the place.
I think I can cope with one thing at a time but having this sciatica too is driving me nuts...I've been trying to do some exercises to ease it a bit and hopefully that will work, mind you anyone know why it is that exercises for sciatica seem to be done on the floor, which is impossible to do as you can't get down there in the first place....duh!!!!
