OH had chicken salad, and I had a scotch egg, we had swiss roll for afters, I am going back to work soon, so the last thing I need is a big fat full belly I am really tired and that would send me to sleep.

I had chuck, broccoli beans & titchy peas, no pots. & blackcurrant pie with low fat creme fraiche. I feel rather full & sick but I did enjoy it.

I had salmon, carrots and sweetcorn, he had (pilchard) fish pie, carrots and sweetcorn. Then he had fig yoghurt!

OH had pasta I had egg on toast, then a cake and that made me feel sick.

I had some black currants that I picked last year & froze, it made me sad when I took them out to use, but I cheered up when I ate them. Lol.
