I know I have had a few aches and pains due to a pulled muscle this week and had a few problems to overcome.

On the whole I feel like I am still 16, today, running around the house with my 4 yeasr old twin girls dancing and mucking about. lol

How old do you feel xxxxx

Mentally 25 physically 54 have the odd ache and pain nothing major but still enough to slow me down sometimes. I think I have a reasonably young outlook on life and I can be quite down with the kids.

Mentally I'm still 19 but when I've been on a rough job & my legs & fingers are soooo tired I feel about 80. 😏

I'm 56 feeling about 10 in the head and around 96 in the body.

I'm 60.  Mentally I'm the same lunatic as ever.  Physically I have slowed dramatically but that is more to do with weird eyes than anything else.  I still bounce rather well - 2 major falls in 2 weeks and not even a sprain, mind the bruises made up for that - they were somewhat spectacular!.

In spite of my various health issues, I still only feel 32.

I am 59, feel about 10 in my head too! but my arthritis is getting to me now, so I feel about 70 when I'm trying to walk. I notice a limp in my hoof too.

I am very young thinking though and mainly a happy coo, so I think that gets me through. The day I can't get a conversation out of a young person is the day I give up. They keep you going don't they?

RL 44, Body says its 87 while brain tells me I'm 18

I know, it's strange really......I get up sometimes and do something quick that a much younger person would do then..ouch, wish I hadn't. lol. Bit like my arm with this darn bicep muscle, I must have done something without thinking and pulled it cos I think I have done some damage, but I don't really remember doing anything too strenuous.

Mentally about 35, body feels about right for my age most of the time. Actual age 67. Am I the oldest poster on here? That's depressing.:(

Yes, Maggie. You're still older than me - for another four weeks! 🙂

And I would say we're about the same mentally, though mine is quite variable from day to day!
