Faulty item

I purchased a cast iron post box on 11th December 2022 which has already broken, the lock no longer works after such a short time. I contacted the seller on 10th March who said he would send a new lock, the lock that arrived was completely different! So we still have a post box that we can not lock!! They asked us to source our own new lock, which is proving very difficult after searching at several different locksmiths! They offered £10 discount which doesn't go anywhere near the price of a new lock

( approx £25)  after numerous emails to the seller we are no further ahead. We have sent them images of the broken lock. They just keep saying they haven't got any replacement locks. We have been very patient, but do not feel that the seller is being very helpful after nearly 2 weeks. We have now asked for a refund or a new postbox sent that will work or the very least a higher reduction in price for the broken one. The lock should not have broken after such a short period of time, obviously it was faulty. We have also seen that one of the customer reviews has reported the very same problem as well as the paint peeling off.
