I'm using Irfanview instead but I do like the edit feature of Windows Photos. This stopped working so I tried the usual remedial action, but it still doesn't work. I downloaded Windows Legacy and removed Windows Photos, but I still can't edit my images - exactly the same thing is happening the round ring and then just back to my pictures.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
