I have a Dell XPS 15 and for quite some time the battery has been on it's way out. I'm looking for a Geniune Dell battery but finding one is proving to be a nightmare.
I've contacted Dell but their customer 'support' is quite appalling. They wanted me to call a PREMIUM number just to order a new battery and when I asked how much this PREMIUM rate was they didn't know.
Their website is quite useless and they're just giving me the run around.
Does anyone know I can get a genuine Dell battery at a reasonable price?
