Anyone use Libreoffice? I've some documents saved on a flash drive and they're Word docs which were written on a laptop (Win 10). If I installed Libreoffice on a new desktop, can the docs from the flash drive be opened OK from the flash drive?

I don't fancy Office 365 for the amount of use I have for it.

Where's oure LOwriter expert gone?

I've been using LOwriter for a little time now and am getting used to it and some of the differences to MS Word. One thing puzzled me though. I have documents written in Times New Roman but when I copied them in to LOwriter they were changed to Liberation Serif. What's that all about?

I dunno about other people but I prefer having serifs. Sans Serifs fonts seem less easy to read I feel, what about you?

I've been using LOwriter for a while now but suddenly, Shift + F5 has stopped going to where I last saved. Any idea what gives?
