Negative performance score

Hi this is my first question and correspondence with the ebay community. Can anyone tell me if feedback performance percentage will change back to 100% at some point.  I have had 100% for some years then received my first negative feedback and am now at 97%.  The buyer did add positive feedback as  I dealt with the problem well, but now I am left with 97%,  thanks for reading.

Negative's drop of the page after 12 months.

It also looks like you may have left a negative comment under a positive rating for a buyer and the buyer got it removed ?.

You should check your seller dashboard as you may have got a defect for that as well as the one you got with the neg.

As eBay now pass on details to HMRC it would be best if you reviewed your private seller registration.
