item not received

I purchased an item 2 weeks ago off ebay, the money has been paid via paypal. I have not had the item and the item is no longer in my ebay. I can't find anything (other than on paypal) to contact ebay about item not received.

What can I do

It sounds like the seller has been suspended and the item has been removed.   When this happens you have to claim from your payment provider.   Luckily you used Paypal so you should be fine.  Open a not received case direct from your Paypal account.

Just a tip when opening a PayPal case you have to escalate after 2 days if not refunded beforehand and before 20 to start that refund process.
