Seller sent different item than what was listed

Hi All,

Just checking I'm (hopefully) covered here. Seller listed a limited edition new and sealed Spiderman 2 PS5 console. Package has just arrived and they've sent the standard version PS5 instead, not the LE version. Seller had marked transaction as 'no returns accepted', but I've naturally requested a return stating the issue and attaching photos of what was actually delivered. Ebay have said they'll step in by 1st May if seller doesn't respond - am I likely to be refunded?

Sellers can only refuse of change of mind returns.

They have to accept not as discribed cases.

The seller should pay for the return and supply a tracked label.

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery back to the seller you should get a refund with 48 hours ( I think).

If the seller doesn't give you a label you escalate the case like eBay told you.

A button will appear on the case when you can ask eBay to step in.

Also if they don't refund within 48 hours you should contact eBay CS who should help you.

Here's a link to contact customer services incase you need it.

Also this page will explain about return cases.

As douglaspuglas has alrady advised this is a not as described return, just open a case with ebay, seller has chance to reply with their excuses as to why. Don't get into a detailled convosation just stick to your fact what was advertised - what you got . They have to send you a perpaid label pack it well and return it. As soon as they get it back they should refund you .
