I have ordered and paid on 19th Feb, Contacted seller for 3-4 times but no response received.  Now waiting 45 days with no direction!!! Can I have refund with some compensation? Is this right forum to post this?

It is the right place to ask your question,  but unfortunately you have come and asked too late.

eBay have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy so you need to claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery to be assured a full refund.

This time has lapsed,  so you need to now turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.

Looking at your seller's FB I wouldn't even waste time contacting them (114 sales in last month; 77 of which are negs, plus 11 neutrals), just go to your payment provider and claim a refund that way.

I would imagine most of those negs will have something to do with fact the seller is away till 26th April and why they won't answer messages. Clearly continued to sell after going away and can't fulfill the orders.
