What's the issue did you not receive them? Or did you receive them and they are not as described?
No need to message the seller any more if they are not being helpful, just go right of the item in your Purchase History from More Actions open the correct case, follow the instructions to a T.
Escalate after 3 full business days have passed, do not forget to do this, and listen to no excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early.
