I'm putting together my 2022/23 accounts and am struggling to figure out which reports I need to be looking at when calculating my sales, ebay fees and refunds/charges etc.
None of the figures in the various reports reconcile with each other and I can't figure out whether the sales reports take into consideration refunds and charges (which are detailed in the financial statements but then the order values don't correspond with the amounts in the sales reports).
Can someone advise which report will give me the most accurate income and expenditure data please?
