EBay Royal Mail tracking seriously wrong

Parcel sent Royal Mail. Apparently address was wrong and not delivered. . EBay tracking says posted  back to me and I received it today.

Actual Royal Mail tracking says delivered and signed for by recipient. The buyer contacted me to tell me that she had it.

If eBay tracking says that I have it back, are they going to give her,her money back.

Nothing will happen unless the buyer opens an INR case. If you have messages and the tracking on RM says it was delivered then you can prove this and you would win a case.

You may find that the Ebay tracking will update again in a day or two to show it has been delivered to the buyer. If not, it sounds as though there is a glitch.
