I don't know what is the problem, I provided my passport but ebay suspended my account I don't understand, thus any one with same experience with me?

Are you sure it is just not 'suspended' pending verification of the document you provided.
Has eBay messaged you to say otherwise, that you cannot use that document and you cannot use your account ?
