Log out of this UK site as we cannot phone Customer Services in the UK, eBay staff are working from home because of Covid, but it may be different in the States, and there is a phone number for you to call.
Log out and log back into www.ebay.com then go top of the page , from Help & Contact tab type in Customer Services.
