Bought a fake 1TB SSD it was posted within the UK but return is Shanghai I want money back HOW?????

I just want to talk to someone who works for E-Bay and get this resolved how???? Also there are loads of these FAKE DRIVES on EBAY they need to be taken down god knows many people are being ripped off by these scammers.
