Bought a fake 1TB SSD it was posted within the UK but return is Shanghai I want money back HOW?????

I just want to talk to someone who works for E-Bay and get this resolved how???? Also there are loads of these FAKE DRIVES on EBAY they need to be taken down god knows many people are being ripped off by these scammers.

Use eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. If the item location was in the UK, eBay will only require it to be returned to the seller's UK address, and the seller will have to send you a prepaid return label if they want it back.
