I regularly recieved selling promotions ( only pay £1 when you sell ) up until 28/9/20 usually 2 or 3 times a month for the last few years but nothing since then ! Is anyone else having this problem ? I have lots of items to list ready for Christmas ...

I have an offer for 50% off final selling fees it says it starts on 26/03/17 00:00:00 does that mean its already usable or is it midnight tonight ?
