What the hell? I bought headphones for 9.98, noticed that the vendor has
changed the time of arrival from 3 days to a month or so, then requested
a refund, case has been opened then ebay has just closed it. Does it
mean that I have lost my money?
I don't know how did it happened but there was ETA next week at first
and after the purchase it was like a month or so. I have opened a return
case. I did it before exactly the same way, case opened, a month for the
seller to refund, no refund paid, ...
