Ebay has changed and now you need to keep signing in when you have an
issue / want to arrange return etc.Why in the 21st century are they so
bad and un user friendly?
From a buyers point of view, you are correct - its down to the local
courier.Mine is the worst, after I complained because he left packages
in the bin (and of course no card through the door) resulted in lost
deliveries.Then he started 'fake' deliver...
