Why do I need to keep signing in?

Ebay has changed and now you need to keep signing in when you have an issue / want to arrange return etc.

Why in the 21st century are they so bad and un user friendly?

Its security.

Make sure you've cookies enabled.

Try a different browser.

Clear recent browser history, cookies etc.

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer 

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

The other thing is to check to make sure the browser you are using is up to date

Hopefully something may work but it is trial and error
