On an item listed as new from a seller who has an Ebay store what
guarantee might I expect, eg under UK law a new item from a UK retailer
would come with a 12 month guarantee as standard
OK, Suppose I consider payment has not been completed - I've only
received part payment of the hammer price - the buyer under paid by £10,
the buyer still owes me £10 - I can open a non payment case for the £10
balance
