On an item listed as new from a seller who has an Ebay store what guarantee might I expect, eg under UK law a new item from a UK retailer would come with a 12 month guarantee as standard
Ebay and Paypal don't deal with guarantees. eBay's deadline for "Not as described" disputes is 30 days from delivery date. Paypal has a longer deadline of 180 days from date of payment but can be more tricky to do.
