Hi Just wondered if this had happened to other bidders. I was bidding on and item of which i was highest bidder, I had a limit of what i could afford being £260 with 3 seconds to go a private bidder bid, in the excitement i bid what i thought was £26...

I bought a crystal type tealamp which is defective, broken in several places. I have requested a return label and refund several times, however seller now wants me to fix it and compensate me. What can i do to resolve this issue quickly.Peter
