Ebay really needs to be better policed/organised. So fed up searching

I keep getting recommendations for cars. Even though I never searched

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why items are appearing in my
recently browsed items . That I haven’t looked at? Have I been hacked.
Would ask eBay directly but as with most sites, you can’t actually email
them it would appear.
I bought an item and received it way later than expected, and it was
