You can only revise negative or neutral feedback and should not do so unless you have received either a satisfactory item or a full refund. If you want to revise then you will need to ask the seller to send you the feedback revision request form for you to action.
Note that sellers are prohibited from making feedback a condition of any part of a transaction.
