Yeah, so I made the mistake of dealing with a buyer who had low feedback. He bought a PS5 game, claimed it never arrived. I refunded him a week ago and he's still asking where his refund is.How do I report this clown?

Yes, it was refunded through the buyer's case. Paypal and eBay show as refunded on the 11th Jan.
