Buyer harassing me.

Yeah, so I made the mistake of dealing with a buyer who had low feedback. He bought a PS5 game, claimed it never arrived. I refunded him a week ago and he's still asking where his refund is.

How do I report this clown?

Low feedback means nothing, even buyers with lots of feedback can cause issues.

Did you refund through case that buyer opened, that is correct way.

If so then depending how buyer funded item, can take 7 days if debit card or 30 days if credit card,

but you won't know how they paid.
