You should get a .pdf with the address label in it. Printing that out and using it means you have done things the way ebay like and your case would be a lot easier to resolve. If you can print it out and use it then i recommend you do that asap becau...

Did you use the ebay returns label? This money for the label comes out of their account so would cost them to start the returns process and it proves the seller agreed to accept the return.
