I have sold an item at a reduced price as a piece is missing.Buyer has
clicked to purchase before I re listed at the reduced price. How can I

Hii have a cancelled order which buyer has not paid for.Despite order
showing as cancelled my sales summary is still showing that I have sold
the item and am waiting payment. This has been like this for over 1
week.not sure how to get my sold balance...
I am selling 11 bundles of magazines.someone has asked to buy just 1
magazine which I have agreed to, how do I raise an invoice for this as
they are not in my sold items?
Thank you for your message. My lesson learnt is if you have counterfeit
product don't throw it out as it is evidence.Having discussed with e bay
on the phone they are refunding me.
