Raise an invoice

I am selling 11 bundles of magazines.

someone has asked to buy just 1 magazine which I have agreed to, how do I raise an invoice for this as they are not in my sold items?

You have to list it, then they can buy it properly. Invoices are only for SOLD items through Ebay. Anything else is an Off Ebay Deal, which is not allowed.
