Why doesn't ebay send £1 final fee offers to all sellers?

I'm in touch with friends who also buy and sell on ebay, I've noticed that I dont seem to get the £1 or other low rate final fee offers as regularly as everyone else. Is there an explanation for this or is it all random?

Is there a way of having the sellers I follow as my home page permanently?

Since the recent updates on ebay, I no longer see the sellers or items I follow on my homepage. Each time I log on I have to go onto the "Following" page. Any advice?

Photos in listings

Am I the only person whose photos are being listed without the zoom option? I doubt there is anything different in my photos. Are ebay cutting corners to make life easy for themselves?
