Hi, I've sent a parcel direct to another country without realising the address was incomplete. The post cost me £15.05 so I'm even losing out slightly on the postage against what I charged the buyer. Fortunately the parcel was tracked, and it was returned to me today. I've contacted the buyer and got her actual adress now. Will send again tomorrow but if the post office insist on charging again for the postage who is liable for it?
This was ther buyers mistake of registering an incorrect address on eBay.
Ask them first to correct it on their accounts, and then they should send you a separate payment for that postage.
If they don't agree, and open a case for item not received, you would need to contact eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above, they will be able to read the messages between you, stating and confirming an incorrect address was originally registered.
